HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

PROCESSING TIME
All our products are custom-made and printed to order specifically for you. This means:
• Production time: 2-5 business days (sometimes up to 10 days during busy periods) • We start creating your item as soon as you place your order • Each product is carefully crafted and quality-checked before shipping
Please note: During peak seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, Valentine's Day), production times may extend to 10-14 business days due to high order volume.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME
Once your order is produced and shipped:
• Standard shipping: 7-14 business days • Total delivery time from order date: 10-21 business days (production + shipping) • International orders may take 3-4 weeks
Tracking information will be sent to your email as soon as your order ships.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of your order date, please contact us at [your email] and we'll investigate immediately.
If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days, we'll issue a full refund.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because all products are custom-made to order just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges except in these cases:
✅ We accept returns for: • Defective or damaged items • Wrong item sent • Printing errors or quality issues
❌ We cannot accept returns for: • Change of mind • Wrong size/color selected by customer • Custom personalized items (unless defective)
If you receive a defective item: • Contact us within 15 days of delivery • Send photos of the defect • We'll replace it FREE or issue a full refund • We cover return shipping costs for defective items
